How can I buy a product?

To buy a product on marconihumidor.com website:

  • select the product/s you wish to buy
  • click on 'add to cart'
  • click on 'go to cart'
  • click on 'checkout'
  • insert username and password or register in
  • confirm your data for invoicing and delivery
  • choose a payment method
  • confirm the order

Then you will get an email on the address you inserted when registering, containing your order details and indications for payment.

Your order will be valid only after payment is confirmed.

 
How much are transport costs?

Transport costs change according to the customer's Country. They will be anyway specified in your cart during the purchase process.

 
Which are the delivery terms?

Delivery is carried out within 48/72 hours on the whole Italian territory, by carrier.

For foreign countries it depends on the Country of delivery.

 
If I'm not in when the goods arrive?

If the parcel cannot be delivered because nobody is in at the consignee's address, the carrier leaves a note with the delivery references. The consignee must contact the carrier as soon as possible, to arrange for another delivery within 5 days. 

 
How can I withdraw from the contract?

Marconi allows withdrawal right as per the regulations in force. The utmost term to exercise this right is 10 days from delivery; within this term the customer is required to communicate it by registered letter to: Marconi Marco e Antonio, zona industriale F.lli Guzzini, Sambucheto, Recanati (MC) o fax +39 071-7576071.

 
Which are the allowed payment methods?

You can choose between these two forms of payment:

1. Credit Card: Visa/Mastercard on the Banca Sella Safe Server (SSL). The debit to your account is done when the goods are delivered.

Which are the risks when paying with credit card on the web?

Practically you have no risks; your credit card data (number and expiry date) don't transit on our website. Encrypted payment is directly done through Banca Sella's Safe Server (SSL). The Server will verify your credit card data automatically and safely.

 
Do you send abroad?

Marconi sends its products everywhere except for Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Russia; for these countries you can contact our importer.
